Mr. Hayes is a firm believer in education. He writes and speaks regularly on financial and retirement relevant topics to various media outlets, groups and organizations. He also hosts a weekly radio show to discuss retirement related topics in great detail.  In addition, he trains other financial advisors across the country.  Mr. Hayes has received several awards and honors over his career for his knowledge and commitment to education, as well as his service and advice to his clients.​

Brian dedicates part of his time to the The Prepare Institute as a national instructor. The Prepare Institute is a non profit educational institution that provides retirement planning courses and classes nationwide. These courses and classes provide unbiased, vital information on all areas of retirement and estate planning.  Learn more about The Prepare Institute by clicking on the link below. 

Hayes Advisory Group also provides on-going educational opportunities in areas of wealth management and preservation, asset protection, tax reduction, income planning and wealth transfer and distribution. With constant tax law changes, an uncertain future for Social Security, the shift toward employee-directed retirement plans, and the probable onset of widespread changes in the U.S. government, the need for sound retirement strategies has never been greater.  Today’s retirement landscape is vastly different from decades past. Retirees today demand capital preservation with growth for income NOW and in the future. Risks are abundant: sequencing risk, longevity risk, healthcare risk, inflation risk, and market risk being among the many.  This course is designed to deliver comprehensive and up-to-date information, education and knowledge to help you properly prepare for and maintain a retirement plan in today’s world.

There are two systems of taxation in our country: one for the informed who pay fewer taxes, and one for the uninformed who pay more taxes. This retirement taxation class is designed to assist in increased tax savings and improve tax efficiency by providing education on several key areas of taxation in retirement. Offered through the Prepare Institute, a national nonprofit educational institution the provides college-style retirement education courses and classes for adults between the ages of 50-80
